Shipping Method, Shipping Cost and Shipping Time::

ll orders will be shipped with FedEx Ground / USPS First Class Mail and other delivery are upon request only.  It will takes about 5 to 7 business days to arrive.

First and foremost, we try to ship everything within a 48 hour period. On occasion, especially during the holiday seasons orders will get backed up. We do go on a first come first serve basis.Always look at the UPS schedule for shipping around the holidays and plan accordingly.
 
We ship to the 48 continental states without any additional charges. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any other  foreign countries, please email or call us for a quote.  We will ship UPS and USPS.
 
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email letting you know that it is on backorder. Any major backorders will be listed as we get them. There is a 20% restocking fee for any products returned after 30 days. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded unless it is our fault.
 
Tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as they are available.
 
If an item is returned broken, damaged or not in resellable condition then a 20% damaged item fee will be assessed.  Please be sure to tell your customers this before they return an item. 
 
If an item wants to be returned past 30 days then a 20% restocking fee will also be assessed.  
 
The shipping cost is never refunded on a returned item and is not included in the restocking or damaged item fee.   
 
Please be sure to have your customer put their RMA number, their name, their order number and your company name on or in the box.  We can't give you a refund if we don't know who they bought it from.

ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

If the product is defective, please notify us within 36 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS you requested insurance on the shipment. Damage in shipping MUST be reported within 36 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS CLAIMS.

UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments (additional insurance can be requested at a charge). Credit for items damaged using UPS will be claimed with UPS. Please notify us of any damage and SAVE everything. We will put in the Claim.

USPS has NO insurance unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item is damage, we cannot process a claim. NO refunds on International shipments unless you request Insurance.

Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and International - Handling Charge is $2.99.

All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns received after 7 days will receive a store credit only. No return and refund after 14 days of receipt of shipment.  Returns without prior authorization/ RMA number will not be accepted and refunded.

All Products with Codes beginning with MP:

 RMA Number No returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Call 1-626-333-1298  or Email to sales@mppetsuppy.com for RMA number.

Merchandise Conditions All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached.

Damaged by shipping If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the documentation from the carrier and we will send you the same merchandise back at no extra charge as quickly as possible.

Reshipping, Cancelled orders and Refused Orders All refused/returned orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus shipping cost that were incurred (shipping charges are not refundable).

Shipping Charge:  There is No refund shipping charge.

Return Procedures:
-Include the original Invoice or Packing slip.
-Include the RMA#, must be visible on the shipping box. Please do not write -onto the merchandise packaging.
-Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed.
-For your protection, we recommend that you get a receipt from shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of the value.

Exchange Size(s):
-Follow the Return Procedures. (see above)
-Merchandise Conditions must be in the same condition as received.
-Shipping charges will be your responsibility

-Please email us the correct size or write the correct size onto the packaging slip.
-Once we receive the shipping payment, we will ship the new correct size to you.
